Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment? Come join our growing team in Customer Service Support in Quesnel. We work 5 days a week from 7:30 am to 4 pm daily; although some flexibility is available.

Job Description

As an integral part of the Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service that goes above and beyond the customer’s expectations. Duties and responsibilities include preparing sales quotes, promptly processing sales orders accurately, proactively following up on open orders and ensuring on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing front counter customer service, including answering telephones and entering sales orders
  • Checking, putting away, picking and packing orders accurately
  • Shipping and receiving products and goods
  • Loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight
  • Providing general warehouse support as needed
  • Handling products and materials in a safe manner, including adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and established company polices
  • Front counter support, phones, order entry, counter service
  • Operating forklifts and handling dangerous goods
  • First aid training an asset

Qualifications

With your customer service support experience, you can effectively manage timelines and prioritize tasks to achieve team goals. Along with a general understanding of professional trades, industry and construction and a willingness to learn, the following is required:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with previous retail customer service and industry experience preferred
  • Strong listening and communication skills, both written and oral
  • A positive attitude and a polite and friendly demeanor
  • Detail orientated and organized
  • Computer skills with proficiency in MS office and Windows
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, valid driver’s license
